Semantic search engines, which focus on the meaning of your search rather than just the keyword, could be the next big thing in search, according to Ben Camm-Jones, news editor of Web User magazine. If there's going to be anything, it will be semantic web technology that overtakes Google - if it's a really compelling proposition, and if, somehow, we can shake people out of this belief that Google is the only way to find information on the web.
