Robert Scales said his own definition about web 2.0 which goes something along these lines:
Web 2.0 is a series of best practice oriented to assist people create dynamic websites, which allow them to easily connect with various communication, services, social and web tools. That is the foundation of what web 2.0 is. We can add that it should be done using open source solutions.
I suggest that R. Scales posts this definition as it get simply to the point!
